Memory is cheap as usual and we're seeing that the "entry-level" sizes are now closer to 256MB, even for DDR SDRAM. Crucial continues to have the best overall deal for DDR SDRAM because of their unique relationship with Micron as a DRAM chip supplier. At $32 with free 2-day air shipping (not to mention a coupon specifically for AnandTech Forum Members which isn't included here) you can't beat their 256MB modules in terms of quality or overall price.
